  • Time dwelling data and pattern data missing in harris county during 01/2021 - 04/2021.

  • Recently, I’m using Time dwelling data and pattern data to study Texas Winter Strom 2021. After doing all the data flitering, I noticed that there are only half of CBGs in Harris County have records during 01/2021 - 04/2021. I don’t know why, so I came to ask for help!
