I have just created an account and purchased a subscription. I have received invoices for my subscription over email.
I am facing the following problems in logging in:
- When I go to https://app.deweydata.io/ I am prompted to enter my email (which is an institutional one).
Next, the single sign on page for my institution shows up my credentials, even though I don’t recall setting this up.
Once I enter my credentials there, I am taken to a page with address https://app.deweydata.io/accounts/social/signup/ that says "Sign Up -
You are about to use your Auth0 account to login to Amplify Data. As a final step, please complete the following form: Email: ". If I enter my email there, I get an error message saying my account already exists.
- The only workaround I have found to the issue above is to ask for a password reset. In that case, I am able to log in. However the problem is I don’t see my subscription under “manage subscription”.
Please advise.
