FYI. I’m working on an all-in-one unified COVID-19 dataset on GitHub at [the data dictionary](GitHub - CSSEGISandData/COVID-19_Unified-Dataset: Unified COVID-19 Dataset>. I’m combining and standardizing data from the most credible sources (preferably official health institution for each country) at the highest resolution possible, and optimizing it for machine learning applications. Currently, I’m merging more data globally for the next releases – including high-resolution data per age group and gender. The objectives and structure of the dataset are briefly explained on the GitHub repo. I’ve also listed it in <SafeGraph Community Data Products - Google Sheets).
