Hi! I’ve signed up using my academic email address. But when I am shopping for data, it still shows the full price in my cart. Whereas my coworkers are shown the “$0.00” pricing.
However, once I click checkout, I am able to get access to the data without needing to supply any payment info. So I haven’t actually been charged for anything. Is there a glitch on my account?

Hey @Fatima_Alqabandi_Duke_University - thanks for the question. We recently introduced some changes to make the process easier for academics to get free access to our data. When you go to checkout, if you have a .edu email address, Shop will recognize your academic email and let you check out for free. You can also go to safegraph.com/academics and sign up for an academic account (likely what your colleagues did). Either one is totally fine. Let me know if that helps!
