How long does it take to verify academic status?

Hello,

I submitted a photo of my student ID yesterday to verify academic status but have not gotten a response? How long does it take to receive a response?

Hi @jay.morales - because you’re part of an institutional subscription, we’re subject to the approval process from Yale. We’re checking the workflow to make sure the Yale team was appropriately notified.

For the time being, I’ve updated your account to a Starter account.

The team will review this and update you when the account has been approved.
