Error 429 even after long break in downloads. Is there a problem with the API or my account?

Hi!

I am trying to re-download the updated months of Neighborhood Patterns (see my other thread). I am using the deweydatar package for bulk download. The download_files command has been returning Error 429 (too many requests) before downloading a single file. My last successful download was yesterday afternoon (> 18 hours ago) and this sounds too long to be a normal rate limit.

Can I get some assistance with this? Thank you!
