I would like to get a little bit of clarity on the Advan Terms & Conditions. The relevant piece is this text: “Users shall not use the licensed data for targeted advertising or attribution of individuals based on visits to any health care or religious point of interest or to analyze, study or report on protests or social demonstrations.”
I think I am trying to figure out if I am allowed to look at the healthcare POIs and/or write about access to healthcare. I am asking because there are counts of devices for a lot of healthcare related placekeys/
