Advan work_behavior_device_home_areas clarification questions

Hi,

I would like to get a bit more clarification about how the work_behavior_device_home_areas variable is computed. In particular, I would like to know:

(1) Do the 6-hour stops need to be 6 consecutive hours? So, for example, does this variable for a CBG X capture someone first spending 3 hours in CBG X, and then visiting another CBG Y, and finally coming back to CBG X to spend 3 more hours? Or will this person be dropped from this variable because they did not spend 6 consecutive hours in CBG X?

(2) Does the person have to spend at least 6 hours each workday of the month? Or does the person have to spend at least 6 hours for at least one workday of the month? For example, will someone spending at least 6 hours on the first workday of the month (but not for any other workday in the month) be included in the count of this variable? Or does the person have to spend at least 6 hours for every workday of the month? Or, alternatively, does the person need to spend at least 6 hours for at least one workday for each week of the month? I need a bit more clarification on this matter.

Related to these two questions is a third question:

(3) If a device has spent at least six hours on a workday in CBG X, and this device has also spent at least six hours close to their gh7 home location in CBG X on another workday, will they be dropped from the count for this variable?

Following up here as well for visibility:

Currently you have to dwell > 6 hours.

  1. Yes the stop needs to be consecutive

  2. It is per workday and unique over the month. Only one workday is needed (spending 6 hours for at least one workday would count).

  3. If they are in CBG X on a workday, but also in geohash7 on a different day, they are not dropped. Similarly if they spend 6 hours in a different CBG on a different day, it is counted as well.
