"Unauthorized" on API calls with code that's worked before

I was hoping to download the last few months of Spend data, but using the new API interface, I’m getting an ‘unauthorized’ message, even though under my account it’s still showing itself as “available” online. This code has worked previously for API calls and I believe that I’m still licensed to use the data.
