2018 Weekly Patterns Data Available from Advan
Weekly Patterns, Advan’s foot traffic dataset for US points of interest, now includes an additional year of historical data! While previous versions of the data started with 2019, this update will enable Faculty and Research Team subscribers to access the complete 2018 data, bringing it in parity with the Patterns data previously made available by SafeGraph.
We’ve also released a new product which includes a one-week sample of the Weekly Patterns data. Users can utilize the Dewey Customization feature to filter the dataset and understand more about the coverage.
Mobile App Data Available from Similarweb
If you’re interested in digital analytics, we have an exciting update for you!
This month, Similarweb dropped a new product on Mobile App Installs and Engagement. Users can now access monthly app traffic data for thousands of apps, including the top brands in their website analytics product. Plus, our matching file can be used to join this app data to website traffic and SafeGraph and Advan brand IDs. Check it out and let us know what you think!

Company Financial Data from BrightQuery Now Available
BrightQuery (“BQ”) produces private and company data for all 42 million active US companies.
We’ve recently added three new products from BQ, now available on our platform:
- New Company Formation data
- Industry Stats by Revenue Range
- Industry Stats by Age Range
These products are aggregations of millions of unique, private company records and are available with all Faculty and Group subscriptions.

Data Partner Skupos is Now Part of PDI Technologies
PDI Technologies, a global leader in the convenience retail and petroleum wholesale ecosystem, has recently acquired our data partner Skupos, a platform that connects independent convenience stores and CPG brands.
This change means that PDI Technologies can now offer access to performance and activation data at more than 25,000 independent sites. You can read more about the acquisition here. Dewey Data looks forward to continuing in our partnership with PDI Technologies moving forward and, most importantly, making their data available for innovative academic research!
