Does anyone know where to access COVID-19 cases census tract level data?
Unfortunately, those data do not (yet?) exist. The most fine-grained cases data currently available are at the zip code level, and only some states are reporting those. I started but had to put on hold a project attempting to validate a method for downscaling county-level cases to census block group
