Introducing Two New Data Partners
We’re excited to welcome two new data partners to the Dewey Data platform this month, The Data Liberation Project and Capology!
The Data Liberation Project is an initiative to increase accessibility of government datasets for public interest. Through its own research, as well as through consultations with journalists, community groups, scholars, government-data experts, and others, the Data Liberation Project aims to identify a large number of datasets worth pursuing.
Capology empowers transparency in the football industry by providing comprehensive financial data. Capology’s salary data for the English Premier League is included in the Dewey subscription, and salary data for the other leagues are available for purchase.
Our Year in Review
It’s been a great year at Dewey Data! From adding new data partners, to growing our subscriber base, to providing our platform to entire universities, we’ve had an exciting 2023. Thank you for being part of our expanding community of data partners and researchers this year, we look forward to more growth in 2024!

Dewey Seminars are Back!
In the New Year, we’re reintroducing our seminar series featuring some of our data partners and the research being conducted with these datasets.
On January 24th, we’ll kick it off with a seminar with LobbyingData.com CEO Neil Bhatia. We’ll discuss the LobbyingData product, including information on how it’s sourced, how it’s unique from other products on the market, and examples of research topics being studied with the data.
On January 31st, People Data Labs’ VP of Innovation Ben Eisenberg and McGill University’s Associate Professor of Quantitative Marketing and Analytics Vivek Astvansh will dive deep into PDLs company insights, people data, and workforce datasets. Be sure to save your spot!
