Would you please help me with the Invalid email/password issue?

Hi! I tried to log in Dewey Community - Academic research data community. However, the system keeps telling me that I have an invalid email/password. When I tried to request a reset for my password, I haven’t received any reset password instructions. Would you please help me with the issue?
