Which weekly release will be the first affected by the new July release structure?

Not sure I understand the question exactly, but in July, all of the data will get backfilled (specifically the weeks from start dates of Jan 7, 2019 to June 21, 2021), so technically all of the weeks will have the same structure. The first week of the “post-backfill” deliveries will be June 28, 2021.
