[SafeGraph Spend] Is the source of the dataset stable?

Hi, I have a question about the scale of the Spend dataset. I wonder if the source of the dataset is stable or if they use more sources as time goes on. I am concerned about a situation in which, for example, the number of transactions in a specific POI doubles in 2020 compared to 2019, but this is due to the dataset covering a larger portion of the population.
