Hi all, I just have a question regarding the monthly patterns data in Safegraph. If a POI has no observation at a given time, which is between the opened_on and closed_on month, does it mean that the store has 0 foot traffic at that time? Or does it mean that the foot traffic at that store at the time was missing?
