I have academic access to the core places and patterns data. When I submit an API request for recent months (after December 2021) I get no results. December 2021 is when I first signed up for academic access and “purchased” patterns data. Since that time, it looks like academic credit has gone from full access to a credit system and I wonder if that has something to do with this issue. If I make a request via API should that be automatically deducted from my credit balance? If I request the same record twice will the charge for that record be deducted from my balance twice? Is there a resource somewhere explaining how API works with academic credit balances? Thanks!
