My access to the SafeGraph data through AWS appears to have just gone off. I don’t think my account was supposed to lose access. How can I get it reinstated?

My access to the SafeGraph data through AWS appears to have just gone off. I don’t think my account was supposed to lose access. How can I get it reinstated? (Or perhaps have the files just moved buckets, and if so where are they?) Thanks!
