Why are the data of months July and August 2022 missing from the ‘Ohio - Spend’ SafeGraph data?
I recently ordered the Ohio spending data of SafeGraph. However, When I look under the “Browse My Files”, the folders corresponding to July and August 2022 are empty.
Secondly, I do not see the panel summary csv, “transaction_panel_summary.csv”, for November 2022. The spending summary data is available though.
Could you please give me answers to the two questions above? Thank you in advance!
@kim thanks for pointing this out. You’re right, it looks like the sample Spend file is not delivering correctly. Let me look into this and get back to you.
Hey @kim I looked into this and it looks like the description of the Ohio Sample data was incorrect. We only have data files for September 2022 and beyond for this sample product.
I’m also seeing the missing panel summary document for November 2022. As that gets added back into the product, I’ll go ahead and email it to you.
