is anyone aware of a clinical data repository or any resources on where I might search or look? Right now I’m trying to find some raw data on fever observations. For example, “Clinical progression of patients with COVID-19 in Shanghai, China” reports N=249 with fever measurements 4x or more per day but only reports some limited summary stats. I’d like to think there are some open data sources now but I’m not sure how to easily find em’
For US data, I don’t know of anything except for this. It’s not open, but as long as you work through their approval process, they do have large amounts of claims data available. I’ve heard they’ve tried to be fast to approve studies, but I haven’t tried it yet. https://covid19researchdatabase.org/
Claims aren’t going to have temperature data, but they also have EMR data, which might. There’s also some temp data here: https://covidclinicaldata.org/
