hi. i’m having issues downloading the home panel data for the most recent week (1/20 upload). it’s not unzipping and saying it’s an invalid file. usually it saves as a csv. not sure if this is just me. anyone else experiencing this?
can you try changing the extension of the file to .csv?
Hi @Vincent_Ong, that’s an issue on our end, we will have it fixed asap
Until it is fixed here, if @Francisco_Utrera method of adding the .csv extension to the end does not work, I would recommend right clicking the file and opening it in Notepad, then resaving it as a CSV
