Hi all, I was wondering where I can find some information on the method of determination or “freshess” of visitor_home_cbgs in the patterns datasets. The context is that I am trying to estimate changes in out-of-state visitors to POIs (aggregated by county or zip code). Is the “home” location for a device its nighttime location in recent time (e.g. an out-of-state visitor staying for several days would appear as in-state), or is it determined by longer-term data or other, less malleable metadata?
