Hello all, is it possible to use these data to determine relocation (permanent or semi permanent change of residence) from one place to another, perhaps aggregated by county (a set of county to county flows). I’m less interested in day to day mobility and more interested in determining when a device’s usual home changes to another home?
This isn’t possible in the data. At best you could look at how number_devices_residing changed from week to week. But in general, outside of linking a given visit to the current home location, there’s not really any way to cross-reference a given device (or aggregated set of devices) so as to follow them from location to location or home to home.
