If the file has a .gz extension, that file is still considered zipped / compressed. You need to unzip the file to obtain the regular .csv.
Some files you download via AWS will show up as .gz.zip which can be considered as ‘double zipped’ you will need to unzip it one time and then you will likely see multiple .gz files which you will then need to unzip again to get to the regular CSVs.
