Hi there! I am looking for a dataset/source with dates of Covid-19 related control measures ( shelter-in-place, closing bars etx.) implemented at the county level in the US. The National Association of Counties has a dataset with some dates but it is incomplete and has information only on about 800 counties. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
