How to get core places data in 50 miles radius from a city center?

I understand downloading the core places data giving a city name, results in the core places whose address has the city. However, I am looking for places within a 50-mile radius of a city center. For example, Atlanta (33.7490, -84.3880)

Search by radius API takes max distance value as 5000 m, whereas my requirement is 80000 m.

Hey! As of right now, the max distance is 5000m. Sadly, we don’t have a workaround for it at this time.
