Hi, I am trying to checkout geometry data in Southern California only not the entire state of California, is this a possible filtering technique?

Hey - happy to help on this! In our Shop, you can filter by MSA, city or zip under Geography for any of our datasets. We don’t necessarily group locations by larger regions like Northern California, Southern California, etc.
A few different workarounds for this. You can enter all the relevant ZIP codes for Southern California in Shop. You could also (after downloading) use the poi_cbg and filter by counties using the first five digits (county FIPS code) of the CBG. Hopefully a few of these will help filter down the data more to Southern California!
