Hi everyone! Does anyone know of mobility data that is stratified by age? Even coarsely would be useful (e.g. over/under 45).
I wonder what others have tried, but can you utilize the available census data here?
Are you under the impression that the census data can be somehow matched up with the mobility data at the individual level? My concern is that we’ll lose a lot of statistical power if we have to compare (on average) older vs younger geographic regions, rather than actually subsetting the mobility data by age.
the short answer is yes. there is no demographic data for the devices captured in the data sets, but you can join to CBG level census data and treat the patterns data as a representative sample. let me get you some links
