I see. I believe that crosswalk has congressional districts - I don’t know if those map cleanly to precincts.

I’m not aware of any. I know some members have used this when working with precinct data but it doesn’t look specifically at precinct -> ZIP:

A little bit of a workaround, but if you have a way of linking precinct to CBG, you could use this bridging CBG to ZIP
