Two similar questions: do we have any way of ruling out employees from foot traffic data?

I’ll take a stab at this: I think we purposely leave employee visits in our dataset. That said, customer can use dwell times/ bucketed dwell times to infer if they are employee or not based on the hours spent in the same location. This question comes up a good amount @Eugene_Chong_SafeGraph
we had attempted to filter out employees in the past, but the results were too noisy, so we currently recommend subtracting visitors with long dwell times, as Chad said. Works better in grocery stores than hotels, as you’d imagine.
